Purple Hare #2

As its title suggests, ‘Purple Hare #2’ is my second entry in a (slowly) expanding theme. As themes go, this purple-streak has been good to me over the years!

Second time around, I was going for more of a pensive, nervous feminine energy. It makes a nice contrast to the rather haughty, imperious look of the first one. To further soften the look, I got carried away with the ‘tendrils of colour’ used the furry pelt. In fact, the more I look at the effect, the more it seems I’m shamelessly copying from Van Gogh.

Oh, and if If ‘PURPLE HARE #2’ looks rather startled, it’s because the subject was turning away, having heard the CLICK of Gary’s camera!
